    further up river in bullhead its BANK TO BANK full....i crossed over the laughlin bridge saturday and was surprised how full it was.

    earlier this winter it was only 20' wide and sand bars all over

    so im sure you will be getting decent water flow down there

    Current Lake Powell storage is 13,174 thousand acre-feet (KAF) (54 percent of
    capacity). Lake Mead storage is 12,597 KAF (49 percent of capacity). Total
    system storage is 33,027 KAF (56 percent of capacity). Lake Powell elevation
    is 3614.36 feet.

    The projected 2009 April-July forecast for the Colorado River is 8.0 million acre-
    feet or 101 percent of average.

    Yesterday, the average Colorado River flows were 676 cfs near the Yuma Fourth
    Avenue Bridge and 2,051 cfs at the Northerly International Boundary. The
    average release from Painted Rock Dam was 0 cfs and Alamo Dam was 25 cfs. The
    Morelos Dam diversions for the week of 02-Feb-2009 are expected to be 2,578 cfs.

    ALL RIVER USERS should remember that fluctuating river flows may conceal or
    create natural hazards such as moving sandbars, gravel bars, unstable
    riverbanks, floating or submerged debris, or other unfamiliar obstacles.
    Caution should be exercised while using the river between Davis Dam and the
    Mexican Border at San Luis, Arizona.

    Aha Quin will have quite a group.This weekend is our Ride from Indio to Aha Quin on Friday.Good turn out this year it looks like about 25 to 30 riders. All should be moving a little slow on Sat.

    the parker race is this weekend so i would most of the parks to be busy. i know water wheel will have a bit of action going on.

    How was the trip? McIntyre Park in Blythe is the only part of the river that we go to. When the water release is lower than 10,000 cfs it is usually too low in my opniion.
