There's rules about this stuff. Tunnel ram requires 2 carbs and Dominators are prefered. A single carb can only be mounted on regular manifold, never a tunnel ram. A single carb on a tunnel ram is just wrong. Ask anyone, they'll tell you.

    JK, go with your preferance

It depends on what your application is. If your combo is built around a single or doubles. I run 2 dominators and Toddnjuzz runs a single domi and we are like a few HP apart from the dyno sheets. Mine was built to make peek @ 6200 and I think todd is right around 6500. Its all in the "combo" Just don't throw parts together, do your homework and get a package that works together.

Two engines built "correctly", the two carbs on the TR will make more power over a single four. Not to say you can't make tons of power wit one carb, it's been done and proven. Just saying ultimately, two carbs will make more power. Remember, though, you're asking for more headaches...more expensive, more difficult to tune, linkage issues, plumbing, scop mounting, etc. Sometimes simple is worth a few HP. Just depends on your goals. Also, there's nothing that says Dominators are always the best choice for two fours on a TR. Plenty of good running 4150 set ups out there.

Just buy a good single plane intake and put a 1250 Dominator on it you douchebag.
