    Default "pump set back info"

    i need the specs of where i should mount my intake.the intake is 3 1/2 in. from the back of boat.how far should i go back.i would like to have my clean out on the outside all the way is that possible?any info would be taking kindly.

    Hey jpb! That intake has already been set back! I think maybe the keel to intake is wrong and if I were a betting man I would say the boat hops like a SOB at speed!! You are dead on on check the keel to intake angle. And fwiw that is a bonny hull. M

    that thing can go back quite a bit. Dont cut the hole all the way through the transom whatever you do. Talk to some of the guys with Rogers setbacks, they really respond well.

    my boat has no problems with bouncing at speed. this boat has a nice holeshot,takes a set fast.with no set back and a funky add on ride plate it ran 92.7 mph.just trying to run in the triples.for info the pump is not set back already.

    if its a bonneville dont set it back leave it in the stock location
