Sorry I don't have anything with that big an OD. You will likely have to make that as a one-off item. I likely have some 4 or 4.5" material though I could cut you a slice off for something to start with if you need.

Buy some 1/4 thick plate. Get 2 holesaws. First cut a hole in the plate the outside diameter you want. Then take the smaller hole saw and cut a hole in the center of your slug. Now take it to somebody with a lathe and have him cut a locating recess on the outside edge. Then find an old tach or speedo bracket to mount it from the back. I did this on Autometer guages to go from 2 3/8 in to 2in guages. Then while it's on the lathe take 000 steelwool and polish them. Pat

What he's saying is this," send the job to REX". This way you won't have to es plain yourself 5-10 times to the guy at the metal shop. Yes "S plain".

There's nothing worse than telling some one how you want it to look and get back a giant washer. And maybe he can even powder coat it.
