I ordered some brackets about a month ago, still not recieved them. Wondering if anyone knows this outfit? Are they legit?

Hopefully the previous responses have clarified my companies legitimacy. I didn't feel that is was my place to vouch for myself, thus the reason for me not initially responding to your post. But in short, yeah we're legit.
There is one thing that I would like to clarify. After reading the initial post, to some, it may seem like I have been unresponsive to you or your order. That is not the case and we have had many communications, more than five. Mainly by email, and I'm pretty sure we've also spoken on the phone explaining the situation and progress of the ordered parts. I also emailed your tracking information when the box shipped.
I'm not suggesting that this perception was intentionally created, I'm merely suggesting that when I read the initial post, I think someone could easily think that my company is unresponsive. The question as to my companies legitimacy is welcome, but since this thread in the eye of thousands of viewers and my jet boat brotherhood, I feel that needed to clarify that there has been multiple communications between us during the course of your order.
Was the order behind? Yes it was. But we did communicate about it, we did finish the parts, and they were shipped. I genuinely appreciate the order and I am not looking for any online back and forths. I just want to clarify to the public's eye that we do answer the phone and we respond to emails. We also strive to fill and ship orders as soon as possible. Unfortunately, some of the hand fabricated custom parts an take extra time.

Thanks Bob. I initially assumed the parts were stock items. Hence my expectation of quick arrival. Had I known they were being made, I would have provided you a pattern for exact fitment. You HAVE indeed communicated in a timley fashion. I'm glad you posted. I've had orders from others that drag out forever and have to be hounded. Some never delivered. I was just doing some recon. I was confident someone on here would know you. You have many here that have given positive testamonials and validate everything. That was refreshing. No intentional flaming. I own my business too, its rewarding, and at times.. my hairs onfire and I'm looking for water too! Thanks again!
