    Default Daytona 21 project

Well it's in my barn, motor's at the machine shop, pump's pulled for a rebuild. Also pulled all the carpet, it was oil soaked and trashed. Trying to decide, re carpet or parquet finish. Started a photo album at http://photobucket.com/bill_y

Go carpet man. Wood floors look awesome but if its not already down i would imagine it would be a real PITA to do.... I did carpet this weekend and it went in real smooth. Then again i have a subfloor and 1/4 stringers...

Edit: It looks like the floors are there just need to be buffed back to life.. I would do that... the guys who have done it made them look AWESOME!!!

    Thanks for the input guys.
Ya, it was the oil pan, maybe a small crack in the back (looked like it was hitting the bottom of the boat, pan was beat in a little) and a bad o-ring on the drain, no wonder it was such a mess. New (right) pan should fix it.

Def going to buff that floor and bring it back, they just look too cool n clean in other boats i'v seen on here.

I don't really care for the gel colors on this boat.

Anybody that would want a boat that color would probably blow a goat. If I owned a tunnel this would be it.

If you dont like the colors on the boat i would be willing to buy it and rid you of the boat so you dont have to look at it anymore

H20MOFO, your deck has a lot nicer detail to it too, I just have that pair of hockey sticks but I still like it I'd like to see some more pics of yours, classic daytona colors I guess?

It is a false floor, don't know what or why it was for originally but thats where the foot was.

And the goat ran away last week, anyone seen him
