    Default Steven Smith AKA Gearhead

The very well known and highly respected very knowledgeable a great friend, family man and devoted Christian.

It is with a very heavy heart that I have been asked to inform all of our boating community that Steven Smith (Atlanta Texas) AKA“Gearhead” was killed in an accident yesterday - prayers for Linda and his family - there are no words that I can say that will come close to how this has affected everyone that knew Steven !! Prayers for peace and comfort for his family!

Dare to be different, if it turns out great you can claim you planned it that way.

    From his FB page.

Linda and the family would like to thank everyone for their prayers, love, and support during this time.
Visitation for Steven will be on Thursday, March 31 from 6-8 pm at Hanner Funeral Home in Atlanta.
The service will be at Atlanta First United Methodist Church (701 Lindsey Ln, Atlanta, TX 75551) on Friday, April 1 at 11:00 am. Internment will follow at Pinecrest cemetery in Atlanta.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to Atlanta First United Methodist Church building fund or the Atlanta Education Foundation.

I wish I could pay my respects in person
