My 460 originally came out of an old RV. I stripped it down fast back when I got the motor. It's all machined and new looking now. I slid the cam in and grabbed the eccentric and noticed that it is a 2 piece design. The outer shell rotates after the center bolt is tightened. Is this how it's supposed to be? I also want to know if I should use the oil slinger. I put a double roller timing set in it.
