Looking for ideas on mounting a paddle I bought a 24 inch wood feather, and need a clean secure mounting idea or just bag it ,Theres just no room in this boat for a throw cushion paddle and an anchor.

Tie a rope around the top and bottom with a big loop to it. Mount it high on the toe board using broom handle quick clips. Run the loop to the bottom edge of the dash so you can grab it. It floats and can double as your throw device.
So many projects, so little time

I am amazed that the billet paddle is not hollow and set up to float....I had a wood paddle for a few years, but it was old and warped and it finally started splitting, so I bought a collapsible one and throw it up front just beyond the kick panel......I got another one so I have two.

Funny story; My engine died a mile from the marina on a weekday, so no one around to tow us. My buddy and I were paddling away, but the boat was wandering side-to-side, so I handed my paddle to my GF and put on my fins, jumped in and went up front and started towing the boat, kicking hard....My legs were dead when we got to the marina.....My GF was kind of pissed for some reason....A week later I found out why- She didn't know I was pulling the boat- she thought I went in the water to relax! Her thought had been, "What is this- Mandalay bay? You want me to bring you a drink?!" There may have been a few extra words in that sentence.......

They used to sell metal clips for the paddle but have not seen them i n a while. The light bar clips will work.
