    Default steering wheel play

When i turn my wheel from center it takes one more complete revolution to hit full left then it does to turn right..

    Any thoughts on why?

    Morse rack.

Look and see if the jet is turning more to the left than the right. If it is, it sounds like your steering isn't "centered" Set the jet strait, center the rack unit and adjust cable to hook up to the jet with everything centered.
    I hope this helps.

When the steering wheel is maxed out left and right, does the nozzle appear to be ....... how do I say this, equal, in other words when your maxed out does it look like the boat will turn a tighter radius one way or the other? If so sounds like you may need a longer or shorter steering extention. I dunno??? Edit looks like carrera dude and I were posting at the same time.

As has been said, it sounds like you're bottoming out the rack in one direction, likely due to misadjustment. Since the JE pump uses a different steering connection than the JC/JG type, it would help if you could post a pic of the cable side of your pump.

Yes. it definately looks like it goes more to the left than the right.. So do i just center the rack then adjust that nut in the second pic to line up the jet back to center?

Yes, that bolt in the 2nd pic is your adjustment. Moving it rearward should give you more travel to the right. You will need to re-center the steering wheel when you are done.
