Did you and or anyone else see it happen? He is legally responsible for damage caused by his wake.
And depending on his attitude he might come back and find his on the bottom from someone stealing his drain plugs.

I HATE IT WHEN THAT HAPPENS. The only question I have did you drill the hole? I really really hate it when that happens.
We had a bunch of witnesses...and we got a pic of the boat, but I can't make out his reg
Guess it is up to the insurance company.
As you guys know...LOT of time and effort into these things...hurts to watch it happen, but no one was hurt and we got it out before the EPA got too pissed off...so really, it could have been MUCH MUCH worse.
Very unfortunate indeed , just curious was your boat tied to that dock when it happened ?
Was it a no wake zone?
