    Default carburetor size?

Would a holley track warrier 850 be good for a mild built 454 chevy engine? i can not find a carburetor section.

I run a Holley 750 on a 10.5 to 1 BBC, 990 heads and fairly mild cam, looking at around 560 lift on intake and a Vertex Mag. Motor spins up to 5600 with a 3 blade prop all day. I had CJ engineering set the carb up years ago and I have ran this combo since 95' no issues.

It will work (as mentioned, I would have it tuned by CJ) but BBC's seem to run better with 750 in a boat. BBF's seem to like 850 better. Just my humble experience.
Too much horsepower is almost enough!!!

My boat is fast.....on Craiglist or EBay.

    I've been 340mph+ with a boat........In the back of a C130!

    I think a 750 would be a better choice
