    Default i need help

    so i bought a 76 cheetha that had a big block ford in it i want to put my big block chevy in. what steps do i need to do to make this happen thanks jerry...... and i have all the engine plates for the chevy

    Water in, water out, a BBC jet pan, exausts, and depending on what driveline the Ford has possibly a PTO and/or driveline Call if you need help Tom

    ps then be prepared to watch/listen to the Ford vs Chevy and Chevy vs Ford arguments

    hey guys thanks but thats not what i ment.. what i ment was is there any thing i need to do speacial when putting it between the stingers. is ther a certian angle that im looking for, should i center the bolts in the stringer or are the holes in the stringer for the ford the same as the chevy

    Still not certain I understand but ... if your starting over with a different engine etc everythings going to change to some degree ,depending on mounts driveline and a multitude of other things . The engine "angle" and position for the Chevy is going to be the same as it was to the Ford Whether 3 pt or 4 point mounts there will still be holes to drill Tom

    yeah i am starting over with a hole new engine.. i know i will have to drill some holes... so is the best way to do this , to put the engine betwwen the stringers hook up the drive line,, mark some holes ,, pull it back out and drill those holes.. it cant be that simple.. let me know thanks tom
