These are badass, I built a set once, but it took to long. Does anyone make these anymore or are they homemade only?

What does your post have to do with the topic? Start a new thread, but don't jack someone else's with an unrelated post.
I haven't seen 180* headers in years (other than customs)

180 degree headers are used alot in dirt circle track racing, in the dirt mod and late model classes. I have used many of them but the collectors exit down on the passenger side. They could be easily modified though. They are all still available. Never seen them in the marine application. Jim

i know...small blocks 'r easy...just flip 'em over. BBCs are a different story.

I guess I'll have to make a set...in my spare time. Stay tuned...they should be ready in 10 years or so.

Murl Bruton used to run a 180* BB in Hellfire back in the day. There was someone recently who picked up his old boat here on the boards. Those motors definately have a unique sound to them.

Looks like something a formula car uses. Looks like something HawaiianJet would love to have.

ya know back a few years ago when Duralast sponsored a trophy truck it also had a set of 180 on it also ... it wasnt till i started driving a modified i started to see these pipes on a car ... sounds like a pissed off bumble bee on juice ... or a rotary ... a friend of mine made a set of headers for a chevy dully that made 50 horse on the dyno .. thats what he said ... the pipes had 30 ft of tubing and was a bear to put together ... all slip fittings ...the Chinese finger trap ... but the owner coudnt get them to seal and ended up throwing them in the trash ... cool setup !
WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT !!! !

Yup, used to be several cars at the track running them back when my brother was running a car. Sounded.... different.... kinda like the rice bombs running around with the Fast & Furious wings on their 4 door Accords.... Looked cool though.
