    will a oil guage work the same as a water guage for pressure?

    i just bought a cheap checker one to check intake pressure.

    It will just be below the normal opperating range for the gauge, so accuracy will suffer some, but it will work.

    Just saw for intake pressure, not cooling sys., yea, it'll be in normal range there too.

    Hit up Grainger in Phx on washingot by Kachina. I bought one and it was liquid filled and stainless steel. I got it under my work account and paid pennis on the dollar for it. If you need a discount call me. I can will call one on a cash ticket and all you gotta do is pay and pick up/Let meknow brotha

    I don't mean to hijack, but will a fuel press. gauge work to read water press.?

    because the oil pressure guage is cheap,and when i am done figuring my hardware out it is getting pulled out and plugged.

    Just used a liquid-filled, oil pressure guage...works fine.
