I dont know everything, and still learn stuff everytime i take my boat out, but in my opinion any fast hull can throw you out wether its running straight out, or re entry. I would have to say it all depends on the set up being done right. With hp like that you should see good mph just depends on what hull, weight, pump, shoe loader etc. I have friends with tpr's, cp's, gullwings, young bloods texas tunnels etc, they all run different. Hopefully some guys here can give you some better input, good luck

125 mph, rules out the TX 19.
Quick out of the hole, rules out the Placecraft
Lightness, rules out the Southwind dragster.
Four seats rules the rest out.

ideally your looking for a 21 Daytona

i couldnt see any jet boat going faster than 100 mph.., at the most...i'd go with south wind because they were the first tunnel hull dragster...but a jet can only push so much water through at once...so anything over 800 horses is just gunna be a waste of your time and money...and gas!..what kind of pump will u be running?

You're going to need more HP. Your hull will have to be a Daytona, TPR, Cheyenne, etc...

well that statment can be interpreted in many ways ... i have been in a 4 seat river boat that goes 117. plus other than the price of fuel its a reliable boat to boot .. if i had the money to build one id go with a tpr or daytona ... there are many boats out there with 4 seats that go into the teens its all in the hardware and motor combo
WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT !!! !

i just didnt agree with the post,

i can think of about 100 jets that go over 100mph.

a southwind would be close to the last choice of the hulls turbo wog listed.

many people have over 800 hp and wouldnt say its as waste in any way.

Very valid statement, the only waste is, it's money you will never see again doing it.

100 mph is just keeping up with lake traffic here And agree a Sw tunnel would be a poor choice....

i would have to say that you may be right....but if you are going to want a 4 seater that is safe....no boat is safe at 125+ at this point... you are making a death wish...especially a 4 seater
