I will keep this short and sweet...best inducer tested to date you can purchase from Tom Morrow @ jet pump repair in Smithville, Ms. phone
662-256-4018 Looks like a Dons but has a thinner hub. If you have any more questions or would like track test details pm me. They all work but we have found some to be quicker than others.

Dons are ok if you know what to do to them. Otherwise buy the new style.

you can buy dps inducers all day long for 200 a kit nowadays right off ebay, or call duane at hitechperformance, i think he has alot of used kits for sale.

Dare to be different, if it turns out great you can claim you planned it that way.

you know whats funny about these so called new inducers.they still suck, lol!!!nothing has really changed on them.thinner hub, thinner blades,oh yeah i have set the 2 side by side.

i guess this new design is what made Barry helms boat hook up and gain 2 tenths at smokin or could it have been Scotts Marine H-H A impeller.

My moneys on the impeller but then again i know nothing

hey wildstreak any of your leopard print came of yet.

I have tested both the new inducer and the HH impeller many times back to back. I have the data to back it up. I would venture to guess that BOTH the new inducer and the HH impeller helped Barry. They make for a good combination. that's my .o2.

Yes, we do have. Just having a nighmare getting around to turning it into a cast deal instead of billet, so people can afford it. Mold building is a bitch! Maybe by Spring????? Read your PM.

Duane, any pics of the new nozzle? Any prototypes for testing yet?

I watched that boat pick up a huge amount at Smokin in the cove. The boat was running 6.20s every pass and then clicked off a 5.9 last run. I was told they put in a new impeller and new inducer. Question I have is what impeller came out, what size and what was its condition?

If I remember right, you guys are/were working on a new design inducer? Is this still in the works? Any comparative data vs a DPS?

i will find out from scott.he said the boat would slip the pump for quite a ways.

they put in his A HH detailed and the inducer and it hooked great.

im sorry guys i just cant imagine the (new)style being that much better.

has anyone compared them with the old style and not changing anything other than the inducer?

several of the left coast racers have, and yes, from all reports it is that much better.

what's funny is the design and cast part didn't come from any marine company, or marine service store. the guy that did it is just another jetboat guy, that happens to think alot about stuff like this. some of his ideas are way out there, and some of 'em, like this one, work.
this inducer should be called the HM inducer, just to distinguish it from the others...
