    Went to talk with a guy that showed me this car in photos a while back-Shitty quality, but wicked to say the least! He was having his Comet "Caliente" converted into an altered wheelbase F/X car @ "The Funny Car farm" in Pomona (Definitely check that place out when you have some spare time!), there is definitely a small community that I have recently come across in the last year that are bringin the F/X cars back in a rather huge way! (As if it really went away!)

    The spec's read 1,000 hp at 7,200. That was some bitchen engineering.

    That one guy in the photo looks like the caddy in Happy Gilmore. Jack had an interesting "posse" back then. Guess it's not the same Jack tho....

    Those prices are unreal, bet it would cost 50-60K today to build that.
