    Default bassett twist headers

    i have the shorty's on my boat right now. i can get a hold of the twistys for a good prices. is there gains or down falls to running the twistys or is it all looks and what i think looks good

    went and picked them up. they do need to be re-coated anyone know a good place to have it done. they are jet coated

    Rewarder advertises coating for $250.00 on their website. Decent price may want to if that is a current price

    i found a guy that dose it for 260 in riverside. b&b powder coating in riverside ca. blast,clean up and coating

    More than probably true, and an average number at that. Could be more. Twisties are designed the way headers are suppose to be, equal length primary tubes, or at least as close as possible. Harder to clean and make pretty, granted. (Anyone ever wonder why fenderwell headers were so popular years ago? Easier to meet this requirement!). Better yet are cross tube headers, (Also tuned to the firing order of the particular engine as well as the equal length requirement) of which I have only seen one example of on a jet boat.
