Bill Bacon's old boat, Payback. Lots of history. It tossed him out a few times Im told. He ran the 10.0 class with it and played around at the river.

I seem to recall Hal Ayres raced it at NJBA with a Dave Holmes Blown Gas Chevy during the 90's. Hal & Dave both out of Vegas.

I think Bacon was the 10.0 Champ one year.

Is that the one Hal owned? I thought that the one Bill got from Hal was a different one.

If so, there was some damage done to the drivers side of the hull and it was fixed?

I was under the inpression that the one Hal owned then Bill got afterwards was sold off to Herb Riggle.

Either way, this should be a super light weight hull.

I agree with Steve, good bracket boat. Throw some sponsons on it and with even a low HP engine it should still be real quick.

What intake is in the boat? bottom work?
