    Default Carrera jet boats

Considering one of two 20' Carrera jet boats with American turbine pumps.

Just stock lake boats for beer drinking, sun tanning.

Can someone tell about these boats in general. They look like well made machines but have been playing with v drives so not in the know about jets, need a family friendly rig with resale value. One is SBC and one BBC.

    Thanks

My buddy has 1988 21' Carrera Elite that they have owned since new. The design of the hull and the construction to this day there is no stress cracks , Nothing!! It has always been a nice riding boat, and still looks great to this day. Just my .02

More room than a two seat Sanger or Hondo v drive

Enough room to boink in the back seat?

Yeah there allways room for that!!! I have a back seat 2 small kids and useualy 2 coolers and a bag of toys but thats pretty full. I have the 20ft Carrera. The hull is pretty heavy, if your looking for a light weight screamer mybe a little 2 seater might do ya better. I have a crate 502 amercian turbin with some work done hittin low 80's. Its a good family thruster.

Not concerned with going real fast. The v drives take care of that. Just want something I can carry my 4 year old grandson in safely and with some tolerable comfort for 3 passengers.
