    Default Starbuck Boats?

I have one- a 1974 supposedly. Nothing on the hull but a placard that reads "Starbuck Boats Denver, Co"

All I can find on them is that their was a law suit over boat design with a Sidewinder type of hull.

Mine is standard 70's design, looks like a million other jet boats out there.

Does anyone have any information on these boats, the builder, history, etc?

That's a pretty sweet looking ride there. Never heard of Starbuck Boats before. Did the boat by chance come with a snotty but attractive espresso barista?

Cool looking boat. Here's mine. (under going major restoration now) BBC jet. Sorry pics so small. Can't figure out how to enlarge them here.

Here is my boat and a friend's Starbuck day cruiser. V drive, powered by Ford.

Kind of what I was thinking ... does the hull smell like coffee and does the stereo play horrible new age music that no one really likes?

Are we done yet? I've seen two of these hulls in person. I am interested in finding out more from some of the old timers here perhaps.

Thank you, I will give them a call. The boat will be living there soon enough anyway.

I just had a short telephone conversation with the builder. Thank you GFINISHLINE for the contact number.

I got a little bit of history of a couple of the hulls I am familiar with, and a bit of company info. I'll be meeting him the next time I am in LHC and hopefully talking him out of some memorabilia.

He also stated he was building a (shameless plug for a new friend) 30' tunnel called "Entrapment" that should run 70 with 380 HP on an outdrive.

I have a 1981evinrude contender that looks similar to the starbuck but I have never heard it called that until I searched for a pic of my boat on the internet. I am thinking about selling it. If anyone has any questions or comments I will have photos soon.
