    Question Need seats!

Anyone know where I can get fully upholstered seats for my boat? Looking for real cheap ones, 100 bucks absolute max for the pair. Don't care too much about the color, nothing dark though. Used or new whatever I can get. This is what I'm trying to work with right now. Getting pissed off at them, considered covering them with towels but thought it would look too ratty. Then there is the whole issue with the back seat not having any foam. If I can get really cheap front seats I might be able to get the back seat that I made done. I haven't got a clue when it comes to upholstery and I really don't care to know.

Who is Tom? You're put this in several of your messages. I'm Patrick.
Thanks. I'll give him a holler.

Tom is the guy that asked you to contact LuckieStiff, he just forgot to put a comma in his post. Tom owns/runs Jet Boat Performance.

I have some seats that you can have but since you're in Kentucky it will cost you many hundred to ship them to you.

Typically one bucket seat, unuphosltered sells for $85++ new.

A friend of mine just boiught the foam and vynl to redo his own seats (he has a machine) and he paid $500++ just for the material, plus not to mention the wood he had to buy also.

Just relax, it's too easy to take things the wrong way on the internet and the next thing you know it's difficult to get help/advice on anything. He's probably riolling in laughter because Tom is the guy that made the post (forgot the comma).

I'm really just trying to see what I can get for $100. Preferably, I would like to find somebody local because of the horrendous shipping charges that would come with a cross country ship. But, just for kicks where are you located and can I get a picture of the seats and how much.

I knew why he was laughing. I realized how stupid I sounded in that post right after I posted it. I just want to try to keep people on the subject of the thread and not on the stupid things that I sometimes write. I know its all in good fun, I would have done the same thing. I'm not trying to piss anyone off. I have a problem of saying things the wrong way, I'm really bad with words. Sometimes things sound good in your head, but when you read them you realize how stupid they sound.

I really appreciate the first post. Thanks, dude.

I can't blame it on the beer, today. It's Easter and its a Sunday night. I think I need to just start standing back and watching the chaos unfold on some of my threads.

By the way, the boat is f**kin' beautiful. You're done a real nice job. I can only dream of owning a boat that nice. Love the stacks.

The seats have been in the spam section but they are gone as of now. The shipping would have been $600+++ because frieght is calculated more by the size rather than the weight.
