Spas with sponsons don't require much water . There should be enough water to launch at JS. There are no sand bars/ rock bars where were at>

There is some water out there!!! Here's some ways to find out about water levels.
    Davis Dam #'s are:
    928-754-3666 AZ
    702-293-8373 NV
    I think the website is:
www.usbr.gov/lc/riverops.html When you see Lower Colorado River Gages, click on (image) or (text) Lake Mead to Parker Gage.
(image) will show a map, you can click on the area you need info for or (text) will give the pertinent info for several areas in which they do have info for Davis Dam, Past Big Bend and Past the Needles Bridge etc. They give flow from the hour to year to date in line graph or table formats.
The website is pretty cool and fairly informative.
Call or visit the website daily and watch the river you'll get the hang of it.
