    Default zoomie plugs/covers

I am looking for some ideas for pluggin/covering my zoomies, there wasnt much there in the "search" catagory. I am in the process of getting them jet coated and IDK if the old covers I have will scratch the pipes as they are just push on and pull off. I do run baffles sometimes due to our local laws. Any ideas or suggestions and pics would be greatly appreciated..

I have dan olson covers and they slip on and dont scratch the jet coat. Tennis balls also work well.

Works good on 2 1/2" zoomies, you can even paint them if you want, you can't get more hillbilly than that, just make you have 8 spares with you for when you forget to remove them when you fire up on the ramp

check out a local dirt bike shop, the after market 4 strokes have large exhaust like 2 1/4",2 1/2" & I`ve also seen tennis balls with a hole cut out so that it slips over the pipe.
I have Dan Olsen covers but the AL.cover did come with black cover for each pipe which hold the covers pretty tight.

Hey Slacker, what kind of baffles do you run and how do they hold up? Sounds like Rewarder isnt making them anymore.

sundance, thats the type of covers i have at the moment..

Thanks for the feedback guys, trying to stay away from the Tennis ball idea, not really big on that look.

Jrork, the baffles came with the zoomies when i bought them about three years ago. I had Jim at Rewarder make me one or two last year due to improper installation.. LOL.. nothing like watching the baffle shoot out like a roman candle goin down the river..
