    Default Daytona Project

Picked it up over the weekend from having the intake installed.

Did a trailer overhaul while it was there. Used some wheels I had lying around. Silver Vein powdercoat new bearings wood etc. It kind of dissappears under the boat.

Have to do some keel work and then chunk it together.

Hey Ron, Looks good. Want to sell me back the old western wheels? lol Cmon. Hey let me know about the old intake. I'm waiting to see it run.

We are building the new 509 Gambeler Hull. Also building another one as a company track monster so maybe we'll be out your way & see ya on the track

    Default Keel Work

Before pic when we flpped it to get a look at the bottom as we dropped it off at Ervins's shop for the intake install.

Boat is at a buddies house. He is roughing in the keel. We machined a couple of templates for him. Not at liberty to show the shape of one of them. It was shared with me in confidence. The lateral template is just standing there but has the shape of the keel. Knocked down 2/3 of the original bubble and stretching it 5 times as long. lol. Cell phone pic
