Boats and Airplanes ARE NOT MOTOR VEHICLES so it does not apply to them.

Why are boats and planes not motor vehicles? Not being a smart a$$, but is there some terminology that says what a motor vehicle is?

Got the same letter from Downs yesterday. But, unfortunatly I won't be purchasing fuel from them at the Corona location anyways, because I'm gonna need a higher octane. Only VP 110 at the pump. but, I did hear they sell by the drum also. That's what BUSBY is for.
