I would hit the bowl bearing with some new 90 weight oil, there are plugs on the bowl to change this.

Then I would hit the shaft bearing with some grease, should have a zirc fitting to pump some in there

I suppose the u-joints on the PTO could use some grease as well if it has been sitting

Should be two plugs on the bowl, small like 1/8 plugs.... take a wrench and remove them....pump the 90 weight gear oil through one of the holes until the oil pours out the other and the oil looks clean and new. if you don't know what the bowl is, well go to the berkeley website and look at a schematic of the pump

The zirc fitting should be right on the front of the pump, near the bearing cap.....which is right where the PTO connects the pump and the motor together....

If that doesn't make sense call someone like jet boat performance and they will walk you though it while you are on the phone.....

if you have a pto...it will be connected to flywheel, then your ujoint, then pump. zerk will be right after on top near your pump id plate.

The PTO is the shaft with 2 universal joints connecting the crankshaft of the engine to the jet drive. Bolted to the crankshaft, and hooks to the jet drive on it's splined shaft.

    Sounds like you;re getting it!

well if it is stock to the jet on the model # on the id plate beside the grease Zerk they talked about you will find a model # mine is 12 jc a the A stands for the cut you can also find this on the bowl side of the "impeller" they dont have a prop but you can see that side at all until you disassemble the pump so you are going to need to believe they did not change it.
