    tryed sanding and buffing but no luck.

    hull cleaner at marine store, overtons,boaters world, stuff will eat off most ever thing.

    Go to the dollar store and buy some stuff called works toilet bowl cleaner it some bad stuff it will fall off

    See i thought it was live that green crusty crap that get on them from sitting in the water all the time not gel coat flaking
