I don't know what it is... but this might be my favorite hull. I will own one someday.

Love your set-up. Can't wait to see the finished product.

WOW. 13-1? What kind of fuel are you going to run? What will be your timing curve? Inquiring minds want to know.

the motor came out of my kids v-drive w a single card tunnel set-up=the motor was free - the setup in the boat was for a chevy-so im borrowing this motor just to get in the water-hr thinks its a 13-1 but really not sure=he was running race gas before-will be trying to run 92 octane w some additive at first-timing i cannot give an answer as as yet -have not had a chance to run it-was out at cfw on sat but had water to block issues

donot understand your question tim-i had that intake laying around and just trying this setup to start-any insight would be appreciated

will be building a ford motor for it eventually

was just asking because you said it was a big comp. engine. There really is no need for the duel plane in a little jet like ours because your usually in the gas alot more. duel planes work really well and help torque on the lower side of the powerband, like under 3k. Just was asking, it will run ok, but if it is a 13.1 motor, it would like a single plane alot better.

I woud be very careful running that much compression with pump gas and additve. I ran 13.75 to 1 for a very short period of time. I was lucky It only took the head gaskets. You might be better off runnnig some kind of pump gas race gas mixture.
Just be careful or you might be building that Ford sooner than you want.
    Nice boat by the way.

If its 13-1 you can forget any pump gas additive or no. Id even be watchful with 100ll av gas....
