    Default tape, lube, or gunk?

for your hardlines...or even your AN fittings, are you using tape, lube, or gunk?

I did everything in the light weight black braided line, no cuts on your hands and easy to cut. The fittings also went on with out putting anything on them.

On the braided steeil stuff I wrap it with electrical tape, cut it and then install the fitting with the tape still on it.

On the pipe thread part of the fittings I usually use teflon paste, I know it's more of a lubricant than a seal but it seems to work. On the AN pieces I just use anti-seize, easy to dissasemble especially when both pieces are aluminum, don't seem to have as much corrosion.

X2, only need teflon paste on NPT fittings, but they are a seal. Only need a little anti-seize or some oil to lube the threads on AN fittings, as the taper does the sealing.
