Default Jetovator or place diverter ? How much performance

I was thinking about putting a Jetovator or Place Diverter. How much speed will I pick up? I have a 1980 Rochelle closed Bow. 454 12JC A impellor does 50mph now. Will I pick up any speed or just shoot a Rooster

I'd definitely go place diverter-don't know if you'll pick up speed but you'll gain some drivability because you can raise the bow to take waves.Oh and shoot a rooster!

jetivator and place diverter are basically the same thing. Place diverter is more readily available and easier to install.

What kit will install on a stock 12JC? I just installed pump and motor and dont want to pull motor and pump. Has the vertical holes for nozzle not the 2 piece bowl. Any on have one they'd like to sell? Or what kit should I get?

Dare to be different, if it turns out great you can claim you planned it that way.

x5!!! Tom's a great guy and will take good care of you.

Go with the Place Diverter. You'll be much happier. Mine came with the Jet-O-Vator and I would rather have the Place.

I've got a hydraulic place diverter on mine but no hydraulic pump or anything to go with it. Anyone know where to get those?
