How about a measurement from the transom to the back of the block. If anyone has moved their motors with any luck, let's hear about it.

Question asked (I think) what's between the front of the pump and where it mounts to the flexplate. And did you keep a straight line following the pump shaft and crankshaft?

Transom to back of the block is what I read. The standard locations to measure.

There is now way to get the crank in line with the pump shaft using a lopro intake. So we have a 2* angle on the driveshaft.

I was ooking for a pic. It's not real short. The pump is set way back and has a jet-a-way. I think it's14" or so. I just bought it you would think I would remember.
