    Default Crazy weekend

We had everything this weekend. Saturday wind pretty much blew out the program, I got down the track once on saturday and blew the valve at 1/2 track and got out of it because it was getting outta of shape.

Sunday we woke up to rain and wind, we started the program anyways. Had a awesome pass first round in SE but didn't get time slips so we had a re run. In the re run we ran 135. By the end of the day we had no wind and clear skies.

We ended up taking runner up in the 8.0 bracket out of 14 boats. We lost to Tom Bandy in the finals by a photo finish and a .004 margin. It was an awesome drag race. He cut a .114 light to my .088 light and it came down to the big end I ran a 8.10 and he ran a 8.07. I can wait to get a copy of that photo.

Huge thanks to Gary and Garrett for getting the 405 down the track every run.

Overall it was good weekend. A few computer glitches slowed the program but in the end everything seemed to run smoothly.

Thanks to all the racers that came out this weekend. Hope to see everyone at elsinore in september!

Lake Ming was eventful this weekend. The wind, the rain, the cold, the lights, the photo finish...truely a different kind of weekend. Sunday turned out to be a nice day. The races got underway and it all turned out pretty well for me finishing second in 10 second bracket....I want to thank HB from R&D Marine, Gary Gosliga of Homicidal Racing, Jeff & Steph Conrad, my Dad Ted Louviere, my wife, my Mom and my kid Tj. I also want to thank Mike Finnigan for hooking up the MSD, the Launch Control, and the Program, and thanks to TRG Fiberglass for fixing my boat! You all rock. See Ya in September!
