I am looking for a shoe & rideplate kit think I will keep the droop till I can get the kit and experiment a little with it. LOL What I should be looking for is another hull to put this motor in. Oh well push it till It wont push no more, right.

I just put a HiTech add on shoe and rideplate on my LP and it seemed to help alot.

you'll get so much transom lift with the shoe/rideplate kit that you won't need the droop sell it and buy a hi-tech kit the c-bowl works best on sj's with 12je pumps, you gotta remember that pump is technically at full setback position so adding a droop is jus too much leverage on the hull that should be used to push the boat instead of help lift it c bowl man, no joke

yep if it has a 12je or 12jf, ss has the same bottom hull as a sj taylor boats are heavy built, they can't be flown crazy high like some other vhulls, its best to concentrate on the push instead of transom lift.
