I had my 18' Rogers jet off the trailer last year while doing what you are planning. I ended up setting the hull on several old tires and it worked out quite well. Just a thought. If you do not have old tires around like I do, I am sure you could borrow as many as you wanted from the local tires shop. They always have piles of old tires.
    it worked for me.

How soon and for how long? I am in L.E. and have southwind project and will be tossing a bare hull on a dolly and the trailer will sit. NEED INFO. Trailer is ugly and will be next, after bottom work and paint.
