    Default stainless tubing bender

going to be bending some 1/2 inch stainless and already broke 2 benders from harbor freight (in their defense...they weren't made for stainless)

    any recommendations?

I was looking at this one...

the one i used for mine is a parker bender. i got it for 50 bucks on ebay. it works great, the only other one i have seen that is probably the best, is the swagelok bender but it is pricey.

I have both Parker and Rigid. Both work well for most jobs.

yeah the swageloks go for some serious coin. if the parker, rigid,or swagelok benders, kink or flatten the tubing, you are definately doing something wrong. if you already got the tubing, then dont worry about it, but i would try to get seamless tubing.
i would only use these 3 benders that i listed

I use the one shown in the pic, use seamless tubing and when doing copper aneal it first.

not sure what the shipping would be or how soon you need it, but I'd let you borrow mine.

to MA, probably as much as buying one

I do appreciate the offer though! If the ebay swagelock doesn't happen, I am going to order the Rigid I think.
