Had that one on my blown 540 and loved it!

The rebuild kit is cheap and easy to do if it ever fails, plus its good to like 2500 HP!

I think Hi Tech performance is a dealer for them now (417) 858-8616

It fed my 540 with 1000 HP and never missed a beat, yes they are pricey but like anything worth getting you get waht you pay for;)

wow impressive price ...will i need a return/bypass regulater or will it only pump according to rpm unlike elec where they go like mad ALL the time?
Yes you need a reg. They are awsome fuel pumps. Been running them for 20 yrs No problems ever. I got away from electric pumps just because what happened to you!! Saw a boat on fire. Pump kept pumping fuel on it. Not good! I will NEVER run an electric pump again ever. for the money you can't beat a Clay Smith pump!Buy one you will see it will be the last fuel pump you ever run period:D

No doubt the Clay Smith is a great pump for a river hot rod, which i presume is what your wanting, but when the hp goes way up and you need some serious fuel and need to stay pushrod, Racepump is King.
