Holley tells us not to exceed 4 sizes, up or down, when changing jets. Find out what jets came in the carbs, and you'll need some water time to establish which direction to go. I would run what came in the carbs until I found a reason not to..... Using a "tattletale" tach, and a GPS, go for a test run.....WRITE DOWN the results in an "engine log"........Change ONE thing, and retest, writing down the results.....Using the recorded info as a guide, either continue on in that direction, (if performance improved), or go back and go the other way...... An EGT data, or light console, will help more than you could ever know. "Split Second" (brand) sells a real cool system for a couple of hundred, but it won't work with the headers wet...... The P/Vs should be rated below normal cruise vacuum by a couple if inches, so you'll also need an accurate vacuum gauge you can see easily from the driver's seat...... Take the time and do your "homework", writing down results, and remember, change ONE THING AT A TIME!!!!.......Ray

PS there are no recommendations because there are so many variables to consider.... No two engines, or boats are the same. You're going to have to dial yours in...
