    Default Shop Recommendations

My brother in law needs a set of over the transom Bassets installed on his 454, any good shop recommendations in the Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City area.

    Thanks for the help

why doesn't he install them himself??? it's super easy.

If not you can try Gary Kincaid's shop:

Pat @ Wicked performance boats can do it as well. He is in Nevade. Also check in gearheads with Fiat48(bob).

Any mechanic could do it if he doesn't want to do it himself. It's really easy, you put them up against the block with the gaskets in place, then you bolt them on, finally hook up the water hoses, if you are going to run water. It's that simple.

Really Easy ... did you figure out your plumbing issue?

I know I know, it is really easy. But my brother in law isn't the most confident mechanic, and I don't want to drive 4 hours to Vegas for a 1 hour job, but I think I might have to, and make him take me to Cheetah's for payment

I think so. I think I know how I'm going to do it. But, I won't be able to work on it until this weekend or maybe even next week. Gotta fly up to Pennsylvania for a few days. I'll keep you guys updated and if I have any questions I'll let you know. Thanks.

There you go, this is the best thing yet Design Guy.

Your bro-in-law gets to know another boater and how to install headers at the same time.

I don't know about you, but I like to know every nut & bolt on my ride.
