    Default 468 for 427

    I have a chevy 468 but would love to run a complete chevy stock 427.

    Another Chevy guy that doesn't know that all he has to do is put in the 396 or 427 truck crank and change pistons & he will have a 427 !! dumb idea, but are those Chevy guys smart to begin with ? Chuck you are an exception

    One reason would be to lower the piston speed at a given RPM, but in a jet application I'd stick with cubic inches

    ez van we all know that a 396 or 427 crank in a 454 block makes a 427 well i hope we all know this
