    Hey guys is it ok to put 6 people on an 18 foot jet boat? It has 2 front seats and 2 side seats.. there will be 2 medium sized dudes up front and 4 skinny girls in the back side seats..

    read the weight and or persons rating on the manufacturers plate if your boat still has one then do the math, then use your head. have fun.

    No it is NOT OK.......the proper ratio would be 1 dude and 5 girls.

    my 19' Tahiti mini cruiser had a rating of 700lbs total capacity which included any gear, tools, waterskis, etc. My old 18' Tahiti Tiger was at 600lbs total.

    I snapped this on Dip creek at Naci recently ("properly loaded"?? 5 Chunkers in a 14 footer)How they made it thru the main channel and past the Rangers is an amazement A "three hour tour" .......

    I had 5 in my 20 ft'er and was sweating it the whole time. Seemed like she was gonna sink.
