quick rideplate ?

    Default quick rideplate ?

    19 daytona, ride plate was at 0*, basically level with the bottom of the boat, I moved it up to 4*, is this too much to start at
    get blown or get blown away

    not that I know $hit about $hit, but I would take baby steps. How did the boat do with the old setup?

    Take it to 2° and see what happens, if you don't get wet...then go to 4°


    PS: hit ALT 248 for the ° thing.

    it was ridn wet at 0*, just in front of the motor, maybe 1/4 the way back, the nozzle looks like 5-6*, so the 4 on the ride plate is pretty close to nozzle angle
    get blown or get blown away

    Start with 2, see what it does, then go to 4 if you're comfortable with 2.

    2 degrees up from the keel is a good place to run it. 4 is generally too much. V bottoms like 4 up, not so much on daytonas
    Boat 405.
