Default Getting a big ass pig off the trailer.....

I need to get my boat off the trailer. First the motor is coming out. I need to do some major trailer work this winter. Anyone got a rolling dolly, dolly trailer or another tunnel trailer?

Any other ideas? Cant just pick it up with 4 or 5 guys. I will need a week or so fixin it up. New bunks, weld cracks, paint, wires and lights.

I have access to A cherry picker, and floor jack. Put it on tires?

Its a tunnel? I roll my hydro back and forth all the time on the trailer...Flat piece of plywood under the front with scissors jack to lift it and several pieces of schedule 40 pvc pipe to roll it on the bunks. You could make a short table with wheels out of 4x4 that had bunks on top and roll it off the trailer onto it.

And i have a way figured out how to flip it over too...I figured that it would take 6-8 people to flip mine over....maybe an hour of their time a peace...i think i can build my deal in 8 hrs and flip it by myself...pm me and i will send ya some really crummy sketches

I pulled my 18 day cruiser off the trailer by myself, used a cherry picker on the bow eye and a floor jack and stands with some 2x6's. Ive got a 40" tire I put the back on and a lil 31 in the front. You can use the tires if ya want. The 40" is big enough to make it stable and not worry about it fallin over. If you had two cherry pickers it would be a way easier job. If you want the tires lemme know.

I know you do, but what to do with it? Let it hang for a week? LOL

I am gonna use FUTS's cart/dolly. Prob come over with it. If not, I like the PVC pipe idea. Fart Smeller right there.

I have one you can borrow for as long as you want, but it is in Bermuda Dunes. It's all steel and I believe adjustable. I may be able to get pictures for you if your interested.
