if your engine is warm and has expanded , their would be more pressure on your gaskets . a bad head gasket will show up regaurdless with a compression test - or water dribbling down your block someplace ..
cylinders with in 10% on the compression test , numbers sound good
How much water in your fuel sep ?
may have some bad fuel causing rough idol

if the tank(s) are not venting that could be why your getting higher temps than normal, the carb could be leaning out.
also if it runs fine for a bit then bad, if you shut it off and restart it and it runs good again,it sounds like your vent is plugged up.
my 2 cents.
Honesltly the "running rough" vs "but not missing" is confusing ??(if I read correctly) , your compression is fairly even and the 10lbs variation is not bad , considering the engine is running warmer than normal lastly the feeling its just not right . What I supsect you may be feeling might be a impeller "shuddering"(not so much engine missing") I'd personally inspect the jet more and closer , if it (the jet) aspirated something (rope, trashbag, panties etc) it could be wrapped up on the exit side of the impeller (you can't see) , this will could make the jet shudder like a dog "passing" Peach pits , would have loss of power and also maybe explain the "running warmer" Just something to check ...
