Default Thinkin about a new scoop

I am thinkin about changin scoops AGAIN. I saw a couple gullwings from the regatta photos with one of the taller dragster scoops on them, and thought that they look Bad Ass. Most folks around here run the older style scoops, similar to mine (which I have no problem with). I just think it would be different for the area. Check out the pics. What do you guys think it would look like on the TX?

I like the one you have now. You go changing it and people are gonna mistake you for a CaliZonian.

I say leave it. Not a big fan of the dragster scoops on everyday river/lake boats. Just my opinion.

Josh, the boat looks good with the one you have, surely you have somewhere else that could use the extra dough spent .

Josh I'm with Tom and the crowd on this one. I have the "vintage" style scoop on both our lake performers..... but just to show I can be a hypocrit.... I'm putting the Harwood Comp II on the race boat to match the one we have on the 2-4 Comp dragster engine.

Will you be coming to Broken Bow Labor Day? Nice to have met you and the wife on Catherine.

Send me some pics, I am interested. I am not getting rid of the Scott Seastrum Scoop. I love the look of them on TX's. Just trying something different. I dont like it when your head is taller than your scoop.

We are planning on coming up Saturday for the day. We will prolly be at Greeson for the weekend. We didnt get to make it the 4th, we were saving money for Chouteau. All that money saved and spent so Joe Mac could put me out first round. lol. It was a fun experience tho. Maybe Malvern will be better.

I like this one LOL! Your head taller than your scoop! You might be cutting off the air to the scoop! May slow you down! J/K! I have a scoop you might like to look at. I don't have a pic on here I can send you one when I get home on phone! And the price is right! WT
