    Default steering problem

got my jacuzzi wj pump and today at castaic while idoling through elizebeth cyn, i lost steering, i can wiggle the nozzle side to side as much as it is able to go, what holds the nozzle to the rod that controls it? is it just the one bolt that tightens against the rod? what should i look for to fix this, when i steer the wheel the cable and arm move properly, just my nozle is acting up

Heres a pic of the parts. I think, if your steering arm is moveing with the wheel than you must have broken/lost one of the pins/bolts? (#63 or 83) , hope this helps.
