    Default bad news for the jet. what am i looking at?$?$

    im thinking my jet is bad like some of you said. the boat just wont move. what am i looking at money wise on my jacuzzi pump to put in a new wear ring? is it something that i can do easily? what would it cost for someone else to do it? thanks.

    the yj,s are pretty spendy to replace impeller and wear ring

    Call Tom I rebuilt my YJ with his phone support It was fairly easy My impeller and wear ring were OK

    Contact fleetimus here on the boards. He has a jacuzzi built by Jack McClure at MPD that I know is doing nothing but taking up room in his shop. I'm pretty sure he'll cut you a pretty good deal.

    The one fleet has isn't a fresh rebuild, it has a couple of years on it. Rebuilds can be had from about $900 and up depending on what's needed

    Unless its a catasthrophic failure (not likely) parts are cheap and plentiful in the used market) your jet is simple to repair and service ... Tom
