How is Buena Vista??? My buddy tried to get me to test my jet about 3 months ago. Wanted to go and scope it out. How big in comparison is it to Lake Elsinore?? Do alot of jets head up there, and cool with loud/over transom hedders?

Buena Vista is not an "open header" friendly lake. Much smaller than Smellsomore. Nice camp sites though.

buena is a nice lake only because of its camping and as long as you got your baffles they cant say sheot! and i usually dont get hassled for makin passes on the back stretch, as long as its not a constant thing there pretty cool

Very Very small. I hear they have made the boating side even smaller. Speed limit sucks and the water is brown and smelly.

it's a good place to camp and take the family, the first holiday the water is ok, still a little cool, every year we get a bigger crowd, its like a annual reunion on memorial day, been doing it for 30yrs

We used to go there all the time, but now after boating in the nice clear water of the Lower River.......that place is a mud hole. Water is nasty, campgrounds are pretty nice.
