    Bostick,

I was looking for some pictures of a repair job you posted some time back, I think it was an Alumi block you welded and repaired Do you recall the pics ? Was that your work of something you sent out?

It was am Aries block I repaired for Randy Walls... kicked three rods out the sides and shotgun shrapnel thru a good part of the crankcase. I got photos if ya wan't em. Really wasn't too hard to do... got a Rodeck to do that has the cylinder side gone and a chunk that ties the main into the pan rail to do... it's gonna be a bit more of a chore but I have an idea of how I want to fix it. Unfortunatly been too busy to get to it, luckly I don't have have it done anytime soon.

Nooo there bud... well known fact is when Blunder gets done with a motor... most of it, including the block, goes into the trash can.

It's a Rodeck I did some horse trading and ended up with. Not too bad a piece really... other than the chunk missing out the side.

The only person who wins when tony is done with a motor is the recycler.

Here are a few... if ya need some more I can email 'em to ya...

This was actually not really too bad to fix... the first two I did were a good learning experience so that by the time I got to this one I knew all the crap you had to do so as not to make extra work/aggervation/headaches. Most important was keeping the thing from being allowed to move around while welding. I have to say, I haven't seen too many people who can kill stuff quite like Randy, it's been a great learning experience trying to fix heads with half of the chamber missing... etc... not sayin' anything against the guy... it's just that nitro can really phuck some chit up when it decides to go awry... much more evil than nitrous/gasoline destruction.
